Orders are handled from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM CET, Monday through Friday, and from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. Any orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

The delivery cost depends on where the items are being sent and how heavy the products are.

This cost will be shown in your shopping cart.

Duties, taxes, and other fees will be paid when you check out.

We cannot send orders to post office boxes.

If you are not there when the delivery arrives, the courier will leave a notice or call you using the phone number you gave during checkout.
Once your order is sent, you will get an email with your order reference and tracking number so you can follow the delivery.

To make sure the products are available and to help get your order to you quicker, your order might be split into several packages.

For purchases made in your country, here are the delivery times from when the items are handed over to the courier:

• 7 to 10 working days

Delays might happen because of local holidays.
Couriers do not deliver on December 25th, 26th, January 1st, or weekends.
