2. If you use the Website or buy products, you agree to follow the policies that are posted on the Website (the Policies). These policies are part of these Terms, except if there is a conflict, in which case the Terms will take priority unless stated otherwise by R ROYALS FASHION.

3. By using the Website or buying products, you promise that you have read and understood these Terms, and you agree to follow them. These Terms, including the Policies, are the complete agreement about how you can use the Website or buy products, unless R ROYALS FASHION agrees to something different in writing.

4. R ROYALS FASHION can change the products, the Website, these Terms, or the Policies at any time without giving you notice. By continuing to use the Website or buy products, you agree to follow the changed Terms. If you don’t agree with the Terms, you must not use the Website or buy any products.

2. Orders:

You agree and understand that:

1. Showing products on the Website or in a store is an invitation for you to place an order.

2. When you place an order for a product (the Order), it is your offer to buy that product.

3. R ROYALS FASHION only accepts your order when:

– They have received full payment for all the products you ordered, including the shipping costs; and
– They send you a receipt for the order.

4. If, after your order is accepted, R ROYALS FASHION can’t provide a product you ordered, you can choose a replacement of similar value, and you agree not to hold R ROYALS FASHION responsible for any claims or issues.

3. Pricing and Payment:

1. To buy a product, you agree to pay the price R ROYALS FASHION has set for it, plus any shipping costs listed on the Website or mentioned by R ROYALS FASHION (collectively called the Price). You also agree to pay any taxes, duties, or other government charges that might be added to your order.

2. You must pay the full price for all products in your order when you place it.

3. R ROYALS FASHION accepts payments via credit card, PayPal, and direct bank transfer, as allowed by them. They use Stripe to handle payments and ensure that your payment details are secure. Stripe may also charge processing fees. R ROYALS FASHION also uses Secure Socket Layering (SSL) technology to protect your payment details and make sure your information is not stored on their Website.

4. R ROYALS FASHION can change the prices of products anytime, without giving you notice. You agree that any new prices will apply to all orders placed after the change.

5. If R ROYALS FASHION allows you to pay a deposit to secure a product or fabric, they will tell you the amount (Deposit). You must pay the Deposit to R ROYALS FASHION. The product or fabric is only secured once R ROYALS FASHION confirms it in writing and receives the Deposit. You must place your order and pay the full price for the product within a reasonable time of paying the Deposit, or R ROYALS FASHION may cancel the arrangement.

6. Credit card payments may include a merchant fee. The fee depends on the card type and bank. The rates are:

Other – 0.518%

If you’d like to avoid the fee, you can choose cash or direct transfer.

4. Refunds and Returns:

1. You agree that R ROYALS FASHION’s policies on alterations, remakes, and returns apply.

2. You understand that any shipping costs you paid are not refundable. R ROYALS FASHION is not responsible for any costs you may incur, including but not limited to shipping costs, when you return products.

3. Any returned products must be in their original condition and must not have been worn, washed, altered, or used in any way.

4. R ROYALS FASHION monitors the use of its return policy. If they believe you are misusing or abusing it, they may refuse your return or restrict or cancel your access to the Website or products.

5. R ROYALS FASHION will process returns or refunds once they decide, in their own judgment, that you have followed the Terms and Policies.

5. Cancellation:

1. R ROYALS FASHION can cancel your order anytime before the product is handed to you. If they do, they will refund you the money you paid for those products within 14 days.

2. If you want to cancel an order, you can email at sales@rroyalsfashion.com and ask for their permission. Note that if the order has already been shipped or if the product is being made, you cannot cancel it. In other cases, R ROYALS FASHION might agree to cancel, and they will refund you the cost of the cancelled product.
